Keropla God Keron Part 38

Ku ku ku ku ku~

Back to a bit of plamo assembling after the review on Banpresto's Perfect Transformation Strike Valkyrie VF-1S Roy Focker's Unit. ^^

The fourth kit from Keropla God Keron (or should I say 'the second last before God Keron emerges' to make it sounds more dramatic? ^^) after Giroro Robo Mk-II, which was assembled back in early August: Kururu Robo Mk-II. ^^

All the paper containers that hold the parts of Kururu and Kururu Robo Mk-II.

Parts of the mini figure, display base and control pod.

(Left) Kururu's characteristic evil grin is realized through its designated paper sticker. This is a piece I forgot about back in Part 21 I think. ^^;
(Right) Paper stickers are given for his eyes as well, but they were panel lined back in Part 15 instead.

The "earphone" edges (XD) were painted in Part 15.

Separable components of the mini figure, display base and control pod.

Done for the mini figure. ^^

Using the molded joints on the body frame part, action poses are possible for Kururu.

Kururu on his control pod.

With the pod mounted on top the display stand. ^^

Moving on to Kururu Robo Mk-II's assembly next. ^^

Parts of the legs.

Separable components of the legs before the final assembly.

Done for the legs.

Plenty of molded details on the soles, which were panel lined in Part 13.

(Left) The tanks on top of the feet were painted and panel lined in Part 13.
(Right) The exposed joints on the ankles that were painted gold turn out pretty nicely on Kururu Robo Mk-II. ^^

(Left) Thanks to their extremely unconventional design, the legs can be bent forward/backward for a very wide degree. ^^
(Right) Identical to the same joints on Tamama Robo Mk-II and Giroro Robo Mk-II, the hip joints' hinge component allow them to be adjusted vertically.

The ankle joints are locked in place with the foot parts and are unmovable - a very different design as compared to the other three Keropla kits. The legs themselves can still be swiveled around on top of the ankle joints for their positions to be adjusted.

The grippers can of course be opened.

The feet can be locked together via a set of "teeth" between the two components.

A preview of God Keron's right foot. ^^

Will move on to the rest of the kit's assembly next. ^^
